What is your return policy?

Refunds for carpet, flooring, and other products are subject to varying terms within the 30-day purchase period. For detailed information about our return policy, please feel free to inquire within. We are happy to provide any necessary details to ensure a clear understanding of our refund procedures

Are there any warranties on our carpets?

As part of our company policy, we offer one complimentary restretch within the first year of carpet installation. If you experience water damage, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly lift the carpet. Upon purchasing new padding, we will reinstall the carpet at no additional cost. Additional warranties are available based on the styles of carpet.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made using major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, for customers who prefer bank transfers, we offer the option of Electronic Funds Transfer. In specific transactions or under certain circumstances, we may also consider accepting payments in the form of a check or money order.
